McNeil Real Estate has been serving Christiansburg and adjacent areas for over 40 years. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. Our office is currently housed in the original Christiansburg Methodist Church. This building is of historical significance as it is the the oldest building standing in Christiansburg. It has proven itself to be well structured and sound. Because of the great care which has been taken to preserve the integrity of the original structure, it has stood the test of time. We here at McNeil believe integrity is also a good foundation for a solid business and therefore ours is one of the most established firms in the New River Valley.

When you call our office, you will probably speak with Stacy or Margee our office assistants. They will direct your call to one of our agents, or perhaps they can help with a question you may have. Your call and questions are top priority and will be handled with the greatest efficiency.
Our office also has instant access to the Multiple Listing Service, and we can quickly access any information that you may need regarding the listings.
The office staff regularly confers with the agents and stays updated on the status of our listings. If there is a price reduction, a contract written, or property sold, the change is noted immediately. Our listings are always current. Our office staff sees to it.
